We prefer to have a good overview on every client's lifestyle and hair and scalp history to have a more accurate diagnosis.

All first time customers will fill in a simple consultation sheet via a QR Code to find out more about their concerns and daily habits.

At the same time, our therapists will analyse your scalp with a microscopic scanner for a closer look at the scalp situation.

Our therapists will then be able to advise on the causes for concern, and the appropriate way to treat the issue.
Relaxing Environment
Tucked away in a private shampoo room, customers can close their eyes to relax and enjoy the treatment session, or are welcome to use their phone for entertainment.

Free WiFi and charging ports are available at each seat for those worried about their battery draining.
After Treatment
After the treatment session, our therapists will do a final scalp scan.

Customers will be able to see the difference immediately compared to when they first came in.

Following your treatment, our therapists will check in with customers on their post treatment situation after 2 weeks.

Our goal is to help customers get their hair and scalp to the best condition that it can be. As such, customer feedback is very valuable to us to help administer the right antidote.
